BMAX B7 Power is available for purchase: features and launch price

After a postponement due to some unforeseen situations, the BMAX B7 Power, the new mini PC from the Asian brand specializing in the production of notebooks and compact computers, has finally arrived on international markets. Despite its size being decidedly compact, the new computer has a good spec sheet and is offered at a particularly attractive price, with a launch promotion that, for just a few more hours, allows you to save on the list price.

The mini PC, which measures just 124.4 x 111.7 x 43.2 millimeters and weighs 370 grams, uses an 11th-generation Intel CPU, a Core i7-11390H with a base frequency of 3.4 GHz, Intel Iris XE graphics card, with 16 GB of DDR4 RAM and a 1 TB SSD, to seamlessly store large files and multimedia content.

Definitely rich in ports and wireless connectivity, which will allow you to expand its capabilities in a decidedly easy way. We find support for dual-band 802.11 ax wireless networks and Bluetooth 5.2, while there are no less than 10 ports available: a DC connector for power, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, two USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, a USB Type-C port, two HDMI 2.0b ports and an RJ45 port.

A top technical card then, ready to be exploited by thanks to the Windows 11 Pro license, already installed and ready to use, although you can pair it with your favorite Linux distro, given the high compatibility of the components used. The BMAX B7 Power can also be attached to the back of a monitor to further reduce clutter on your desk, which will then remain free for other accessories.

Internal temperatures are kept under control thanks to a system with heat pipes and fans and a series of grilles on the sides of the case that allow a constant flow of air inside the case. BMAX has also thought about future expandability: unlike some manufacturers, which seal components preventing their replacement, on B7 Power you can replace the RAM, which can be up to 64 GB, as well as the M.2 NVMe-type SSD drive. And if you need low-cost storage space, you can always install a 2.5-inch HD by taking advantage of the available slot.

While not born for gaming, the BMAX B7 Power defends itself very well, offering a high frame rate even with demanding titles, thus offering the ability to play games without additional expense.
